You only need 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
300 g mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg

METHOD
  1. Grate the cheese and mix it with egg and cornstarch.
  2. Make little balls from this cheese and fry from both sides until golden brown.
