Cheese bread: ready in the pan!

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
280g (1 cup) of kefir
6g (1 tsp) of salt
4g (1 tsp) of sugar
25ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
400g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
10g (2 tsp) of baking powder
320g of mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Butter
280g (1 cup) of kefir

25ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
400g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
10g (2 tsp) of baking powder
320g of mozzarella cheese

Butter
METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg, kefir, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, and whisk. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix all together until well combined.
- Knead the dough with your hands, cover with the foil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl add the mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, pepper and combine them all together.
- Create the balls from the cheese mixture
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and make balls. Roll out the dough and add a ball of cheese on top. Close the rolled dough on all sides and create a disk shape with your hands.
- Cover with a lid and bake on both sides until golden. Finally, coat with butter.
