Bubble bread: the alternative side dish ready in the pan!

Just 7 ingredients and your flatbread will be ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 1/4 cups) warm milk
7g Yeast
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
50g Butter
2 tbsp Sour cream
700g (5 5/8 cups) Flour
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Add in egg, butter and sour cream, sift in the flour and salt. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll out each and fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
