Bubble bread: the alternative side dish ready in the pan!

Just 7 ingredients and your flatbread will be ready in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 1/4 cups) warm milk
7g Yeast
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg
50g Butter
2 tbsp Sour cream
700g (5 5/8 cups) Flour

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Add in egg, butter and sour cream, sift in the flour and salt. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll out each and fry in hot oil from both sides until golden brown.
