Fried bread: a fun recipe that uses leftover bread!

Easy, tasty and ready in just a few minutes!
If you are using stale bread, we suggest soaking it in egg wash for at least 3 minutes before cooking it.
INGREDIENTS
bread
salt
2 eggs, beaten
parsley
pepper
Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the eggs.
2. Add the salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
3. Dip the bread in the mixture and fry the bread slices in a pan with olive oil.
4. Once they are golden brown serve them with some cold cuts.
