Fried balls: simple to make, the whole family will love them!

This recipe will be your new family favorite!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
375g (3 cups) flour for all purposes
1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar
3g (1 tsp) garlic granules / powder
10g (1 tbsp) instant dry yeast
30ml (2 tbsp) oil
250ml (1 cup) warm water
250g (1 cup) mozzarella
METHOD
- Bread crumbs for coating + frying oil
- Prepare the flour, then add garlic granules, yeast, oil, warm water to the flour and knead the dough. Mix it for 5-8 minutes, until it becomes efficient and smooth. Cover the dough and leave for 1h.
- Divide the dough into about 20 parts, then roll small balls. Press each ball in the middle, put a piece of mozzarella cheese and roll it back in the ball.
- Dip the balls into the water and then into the bread crumbs.
- Bake in hot oil for about 15 minutes.
