Donut pastries: the whole family will love them!

This recipe is a keeper!

INGREDIENTS

700g (5.6 cups) flour (all purpose)

300ml (1.23 cup) milk

2 eggs

100g (0.5 cup) sugar

50ml (0.23 cup) oil

7g dry yeast

Salt

10g vanilla sugar

100g butter

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each part. Put the cakes one on top of the other, greasing with melted butter.
Cut the folded cakes into strips and form the Pastries. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
