Donut pastries: the whole family will love them!

This recipe is a keeper!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
700g (5.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
300ml (1.23 cup) milk
2 eggs
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
50ml (0.23 cup) oil
7g dry yeast
Salt
10g vanilla sugar
100g butter
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each part. Put the cakes one on top of the other, greasing with melted butter.
- Cut the folded cakes into strips and form the Pastries. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
