Creamy donuts: everyone will love them!

They will be a hit!

INGREDIENTS

For dough:

500 gr of flour

10 gr of yeast

250 ml of milk

3 egg yolks

60 gr of sugar

60 gr butter

1 pack of vanilla

3 tbsp of orange juice

1 pinch of salt

Sunflower oil 1 L (fry)

For the cream:

2 packs of vanilla cream powder

200 ml of cold milk

200 ml of whipped cream

3 cream fix

METHOD

Combine flour, yeast, sugar, warm milk, eggs, butter, orange juice, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, then knead the dough. Once the dough is mixed and set aside, mix it again in the flour and make balls.
Bake in oil after a short break.
Make the filling, cut the donuts in half and fill with a rich filling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
