Pumpkin donuts: how to make them moist and tasty!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
7g (1 1/2 tsp) Dry yeast
15g (1 tbsp) Brown sugar
460g (3 ½ cups) + 10g (1 tbsp) Flour
120ml (1/2 cup) Milk
250g (1 cup) Pumpkin puree
1 Egg yolk
2 tbsp Melted butter
3g (1/2 tsp) Cinnamon
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
Oil

Sugar coating:
Sugar
Cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. For the dough:  In a bowl pour milk, add brown sugar, dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix it and cover for 15 minutes.
  2. In another bowl put flour, pumpkin, cinnamon and salt. Mix it and add egg yolk. Mix and pour the yeast mixture into it. Mix and add melted butter. Knead it well for several minutes. Place the dough into a bowl and cover it for 1 hour.
  3. Continue kneading for a few minutes and then spread the dough. Use a round cutter and cut it into many circles. In a pot with oil put the circles and fry them.
  4. For sugar coating: In a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Coat the donuts with the sugar coating and serve.
