Fluffy donuts: how to make them very soft and tasty!

These will turn out so great!
 
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
100ml (2/5 cup) water
100ml (2/5 cup) milk
50ml (1/5 cup) oil
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
40g (3 tbsp) sugar
2 egg whites
10g (2 tsp) salt
500g (4 cups) flour
40g (3 tbsp) butter
 
2 egg yolks
sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Pour water, milk, oil, yeast, egg whites and sugar into a bowl. Mix well. Add flour. Knead the dough. Add butter and salt and mix well with the dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 9 parts. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Coat it with butter and roll it up. Arrange in a baking tray and leave for 10 min.
  3. Coat the donuts with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
