PROSCIUTTO BASKETS: super easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
200g prosciutto
240g (1 cup) ricotta cheese
1 egg
Pepper
Salt
110 g cheese (grated or shredded)
Chives
METHOD
1. Line a muffin tray with paper cups and place slices of prosciutto inside each one, pressing them gently to form small baskets.
2. In a bowl, combine the ricotta, egg, pepper, salt, and cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Fill the prosciutto baskets with the ricotta mixture. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
4. Serve the prosciutto baskets on a serving plate and garnish with chopped chives.
