Meatloaf with mozzarella and prosciutto: tasty and ready in no time!

Easy to make and full of flavor! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g minced meat
100g parmesan
80g breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Prosciutto
1 tbsp olive oil

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together meat, eggs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and water.
  2. Spread it out on the parchment paper, top with prosciutto and cheese.
  3. Roll it and bake at 230°C (440°F) for 50 minutes.
