Meatloaf with mozzarella and prosciutto: tasty and ready in no time!

Easy to make and full of flavor!
INGREDIENTS
500g minced meat
100g parmesan
80g breadcrumbs
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Prosciutto
1 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together meat, eggs, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and water.
- Spread it out on the parchment paper, top with prosciutto and cheese.
- Roll it and bake at 230°C (440°F) for 50 minutes.
