Potato cake in a pan fillet with ham and mozzarella: the result is amazing!

You only need some potatoes to make a delicious dish in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
6 large potatoes, boiled, peeled;
9 sliced prosciutto;
1 ½ cup mozzarella, shredded;
Salt to taste;
1 spring of fresh rosemary;
½ cup parmesan;
Olive oil.
METHOD
- Slice boiled potatoes into circles.
- Place circle mold or the top of springform on an oiled pan. Layer potatoes, season them with a little bit of salt and then top with mozzarella, teared up prosciutto, few rosemary leaves and shredded parmesan. Drizzle with some oil.
- Repeat, until you fill-up the form.
- Place the pan over low heat, cover with a lid and cook the cake for around to minutes, or until the bottom is very crispy and mozzarella is gooey.
- Serve sprinkled with more parm and decorated with some rosemary.
