Potato cake in a pan fillet with ham and mozzarella: the result is amazing!

You only need some potatoes to make a delicious dish in no-time! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 6 large potatoes, boiled, peeled;
 9 sliced prosciutto;
 1 ½ cup mozzarella, shredded;
 Salt to taste;
 1 spring of fresh rosemary;
 ½ cup parmesan;
 Olive oil.
 
METHOD
  1.  Slice boiled potatoes into circles.
  2.  Place circle mold or the top of springform on an oiled pan. Layer potatoes, season them with a little bit of salt and then top with mozzarella, teared up prosciutto, few rosemary leaves and shredded parmesan. Drizzle with some oil.
  3.  Repeat, until you fill-up the form.
  4.  Place the pan over low heat, cover with a lid and cook the cake for around to minutes, or until the bottom is very crispy and mozzarella is gooey.
  5.  Serve sprinkled with more parm and decorated with some rosemary.
