Pan de jamon recipe: the traditional Venezuelan bread filled with ham and olives!

A sweet, soft dough is rolled up around savory ham, sweet raisins and pimento-stuffed olives. The result is like a gift from heaven.
INGREDIENTS
• 555g flour
• 216ml water
• 20g yeast
• 15g salt
1 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 70g butter
• 5g mustard
• 500g ham
• 16 olives
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Knead the dough well and divide it into two parts. Cut one small piece from each piece.
- Roll out a rectangular cake. Put olives on the edge, put the ham. Make cuts from the otherside of the cake. Roll it up. Letrise. Grease with the yolk. Pierce with a fork.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (355°F)
