Puff pastry and potato cake: an easy recipe for an amazing result!

Just a few ingredients to make a great dish!

INGREDIENTS

• 600g potatoes, boiled and mashed

• 100g ham

• 50g provola cheese

• 1 roll puff pastry

• 1 egg

• 2 tbsp grated cheese

• Salt and pepper

• 1 egg

METHOD

Add 1 egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix until combined
Put ham on a sheet of dough, mashed potato and cheese on top. Wrap the dough and form a roll. Grease with an egg. Make cuts and insert slices of boiled potatoes. Add salt and grease.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F
