Lady finger baskets: delicious and easy to prepare desserts!

An easy dessert that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

150g of ladyfingers
150ml (1/2 cup) of milk

For the cream:
400ml (1 3/4 cups) of milk
1 egg yolk
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
8g (2 tsp) of vanilla sugar
20g (2 tbsp) of cornstarch
10g (1 tbsp) of flour

For decoration:
Almond slices
Powdered sugar

METHOD

Cut the ladyfingers into three parts, dip them in the milk. Start arranging them into the cupcake mold creating the baskets.
In the pot add the milk, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, flour and mix all on medium heat until the cream becomes thick.
Fill each basket with the prepared cream until is full. Garnish with almond slices and powdered sugar.
