Sugar baskets: a unique way to serve dessert!

Make a ball of sugar and bake it. The result will be delicious!

INGREDIENTS
50g butter
50g sugar
2 tsp honey
50g flour

ice cream or yogurt
fruit

DIRECTIONS
1. In a pan, melt the butter and sugar, then add the honey.
2. Remove the pan from heat and add the flour. Mix everything together quickly.
3. Let the mixture cool. Shape the mixture into balls.
4. Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes and mold them into baskets.
5. Leave the baskets in the fridge for 30 minutes and then fill them with anything you like
