Apple baskets: a unique and delicious treat!

Ingredients:Ready-made pie crust
2 apples
100g brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
50g white chocolate
Method:
In a small saucepan over medium heat add diced apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt and sugar. Bring to a simmer and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.
Beat an egg.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Give to the baskets different shapes, round, rectangular and heart-shaped. Place to baking form. Grease with egg. Put apple filling and cover with dough. Grease with egg.
Bake at 176C/375F for 20 min
