FRIED BANANAS: They're too delicious not to try!

INGREDIENTS
6 bananas
All-purpose flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Oil, for frying
METHOD
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
2. Coat the banana pieces in flour, then dip them into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
3. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the bananas until golden brown.
4. Remove the bananas and drain them on paper towels.
5. Serve and enjoy.
