WHIPPED CREAM: the secret to making it perfect!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/4 cups) of Fresh cream
40g (1/4 cup) of Powdered sugar
60g (1/4 cup) of Mascarpone
METHOD
1. Transfer the mixing bowl to the fridge for 15 minutes. Then add the fresh cream and powdered sugar to the bowl and mix with the electric mixer.
2. Finally, add the mascarpone and continue to mix until you obtain a fluffy and frothy cream (but not firm).
