Dalgona 2 ways: how to make the best whipped cream ever!

1) Dalgona Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup (45g) Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated or powdered sweetener of choice
1/3 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (50ml) hot water
1/4 cup (60ml) chilled heavy whipping cream or all purpose cream
½ tsp (2g) vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
 
METHOD
  1. A few drops of stevia (optional, adjust according to your taste)
  2. Ice (optional)
    Mix the sweetener with cocoa, warm water and vanilla extract. Then add the sweet cream and whisk until you get a fine cream.
  3. Pour almond milk into a glass, then add the previously prepared cream. Enjoy!

2) Strawberry Dalgona
 
INGREDIENTS
5 pieces of frozen strawberries
3 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp Heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar
Ice  
Milk
 
METHOD
  1. Blend water and frozen strawberries. Whip the sweet cream and sugar, then add the previously prepared strawberry mixture.
  2. Pour the milk and ice into a glass, then add the fine, whipped cream. Enjoy!
