Dalgona 2 ways: how to make the best whipped cream ever!

1) Dalgona Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup (45g) Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated or powdered sweetener of choice
1/3 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (50ml) hot water
1/4 cup (60ml) chilled heavy whipping cream or all purpose cream
½ tsp (2g) vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup (250ml) unsweetened almond milk
METHOD
- A few drops of stevia (optional, adjust according to your taste)
- Ice (optional)
Mix the sweetener with cocoa, warm water and vanilla extract. Then add the sweet cream and whisk until you get a fine cream. - Pour almond milk into a glass, then add the previously prepared cream. Enjoy!

2) Strawberry Dalgona
INGREDIENTS
5 pieces of frozen strawberries
3 tbsp water
2-3 tbsp Heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar
Ice
Milk
METHOD
- Blend water and frozen strawberries. Whip the sweet cream and sugar, then add the previously prepared strawberry mixture.
- Pour the milk and ice into a glass, then add the fine, whipped cream. Enjoy!
