BANANA TRUFFLES: classic and cocoa, they're irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
90g grated coconut, plus extra for coating
For the cocoa version:
Cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth, then add the grated coconut and mix until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands. Roll half of them in grated coconut and the other half in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Serve the coconut truffles on a plate and the cocoa truffles in a small bowl.
