Wafer truffles: they are irresistible and so easy to make

Just blend all the ingredients to make the most delicious truffles ever!

INGREDIENTS
180g wafers
40g (2 tbsp) hazelnut cream
Hazelnut grains
150g melted chocolate
50g chopped hazelnuts

METHOD
  1. In a blender put the wafers and blend them.
  2. Place them in a bowl and add hazelnut cream. Mix it and take some of the mixtures.
  3. Place the hazelnut grain in the middle and make balls. Put them in a fridge for 15 minutes.
  4. In another bowl mix melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Coat the balls with it and refrigerate for 120 minutes. Serve.
