Wafer Cake

INGREDIENTS
5 oz chocolate wafers
5 oz vanilla wafers
1 cup chocolate cake, crumbled
1 cup brigadeiro
1 cup white chocolate
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 egg whites
30ml water
1 tbsp gelatin powder
Salt
 
METHOD
Put wafers in a baking form.
Microwave white chocolate with fresh cream until completely melted. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add chocolate mixture to the egg whites and mix until combined.
Form the bottom from crumbled chocolate cake, top with brigadeiro.
Pout the chocolate mixture in a baking form and chill for 4 hours.
