Wafer truffles: a true delicacy, they will finish in no time!

How to make a special treat in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Vanilla:
250 g vanilla wafers;
50 g (½ cup) whole almonds;
100 ml (½ cup) condensed milk;
100 g (1 cup) shredded coconut;
60 ml (½ cup) condensed milk.
Chocolate:
250g chocolate wafers;
50 g (½ cup) whole hazelnuts;
100 g (½ cup) hazelnut cream;
100 g (1 cup) chopped chocolate;
30 g (2 tbsp) melted butter;
50 g (½ cup) chopped hazelnuts.
METHOD
- Blend or shred wafers to make crumbs.
- For the vanilla wafers combine crumbled wafers with condensed milk, take a portion of the mixture and roll into a ball, hiding a whole almond inside.
- For the chocolate, wafers mix wafer crumbs with hazelnut paste and roll balls with hazelnut inside.
- Chill wafer waffles in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cover vanilla wafers in condensed milk and roll in shredded coconut.
- Melt chocolate with butter and mix chopped hazelnuts in. Cover chocolate truffles with this mixture. Leave to set.
