Banana bread: the soft variant with an irresistible scent!

Here's a delicious recipe to use ripe bananas!

INGREDIENTS

200g of ripe banana
7g of dry yeast
90ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) of milk
30g (2 tbsp) of melted butter
350g (2 1/4 cups) of flour
3g (1/2 tsp) of salt
Milk
Butter

METHOD

In a bowl add the banana and crumble with a fork. Add the yeast, butter, milk, and whisk. Add the flour, combine it all well together and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Knead the dough and Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.
Transfer small balls into the mold and spread them equally. Cover with foil and let it rest for 60 minutes.
Brush the bread with milk and bake in the oven at 340°F/170°C for 20 minutes. After baking brush bread with butter.
