Banana bread: the soft variant with an irresistible scent!

Here's a delicious recipe to use ripe bananas!
INGREDIENTS

200g of ripe banana
7g of dry yeast
90ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) of milk
30g (2 tbsp) of melted butter
350g (2 1/4 cups) of flour
3g (1/2 tsp) of salt

METHOD
- In a bowl add the banana and crumble with a fork. Add the yeast, butter, milk, and whisk. Add the flour, combine it all well together and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Knead the dough and Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls.
- Transfer small balls into the mold and spread them equally. Cover with foil and let it rest for 60 minutes.
- Brush the bread with milk and bake in the oven at 340°F/170°C for 20 minutes. After baking brush bread with butter.
