Brioche bread cheesecake: an original variant of the classic dessert!

Super creamy and irresistible, this recipe is super easy to make!
INGREDIENTS

Bread mix:
400ml (1.65 cup) milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp (25g) sugar
280g toast bread
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cream mix:
450g (1.8 cups) fresh cheese
280g (1.2 cup) cream or cream cheese
130g (0.6 cup) sugar
25g (0.2 cup) flour
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla
3 eggs
For coating and sprinkling chessecake:
50g (0.2 cup) melted butter
50g (0.2 cup) granulated sugar
50 g powdered sugar
METHOD
- Prepare a baking tin and line it with baking paper. Combine milk, eggs, cave and vanilla extract, then dip slices of bread into the mixture and arrange in a mold.
- Prepare the cream. Whip the cream cheese and sour cream, and then add the sugar, flour and vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream over the slices of bread, then arrange another row of bread that you have previously dipped in a mixture of milk and eggs.
- Bake at 140 degrees for 60 minutes, then spread melted butter over the surface layer of bread and sprinkle with sugar. Return the cake to baking for another 15 minutes at 140 degrees, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 2 minutes.
- After the cake has cooled, sprinkle with gas and powdered sugar.
