Chocolate cheesecake: the original recipe for a fresh and tasty dessert!

Easy and quick to make, the result will leave you speechless!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
140g (6 tbsp) sugar
100g (4 tbsp) flour
30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp syrup
150ml (2/3 cup) milk
150ml (2/3 cup) cream
4 yolks
50g (2 tbsp) sugar
12g (2 tsp) gelatin
400ml whipped cream
50 g dark chocolate
50 g milk chocolate
50 g white chocolate

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, sift in the flour android baking powder.
  2. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 170’C (340’F) for 30 minutes.
  3. In the pan on medium-low heat add eggs, sugar, milk and cream. Mix everything together and cook until hot, add in gelatin, pour the mixture into the three different chocolate, when it’s cool enough, add in whipped cream.
  4. Pour the syrup onto the cake and top with different colors of chocolate mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
