Bologna and pistachio cheesecake: the original and delicious recipe!

This savory cheesecake makes a great appetizer option for any party or even weekday dinner for your family!

INGREDIENTS

200g crackers

40g (4 tbsp) pistachios

100g butter

For the filling:

260g (1 cup) ricotta cheese

260g (1 cup) cream cheese

20ml (2 tbsp) milk

For decoration:

Mortadella

Pistachios.

METHOD

Grind crackers in a blender. Add ground pistachios and melted butter. Mix.
Spread in a mold and allow to harden.
Mix ricotta, cream cheese, and milk. Coat over crust in mold and allow to cool for 60 minutes.
Decorate the edge with mortadella and sprinkle with pistachios.
