Savory cheesecake: a unique idea that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
180g (1 ⅔ cup) crackers, crumbled;
150g (⅔ cup) butter, melted;
200g (⅘ cup) cream cheese, room temp.;
200g (⅘ cup) ricotta cheese;
10 slices mortadella;
Chopped pistachios for serving.
METHOD
- Combine crumbled crackers with melted butter. Press mixture into a 20 cm round pan, lined with parchment paper.
- Leave in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
- Whisk cream cheese with ricotta.
- Spread cheese mixture on top of the base layer and set aside for 60 minutes more.
- Remove pan and parchment paper, top cheesecake with mortadella slices and decorate with chopped pistachios.
