Savory cheesecake: a unique idea that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS

180g (1 ⅔ cup) crackers, crumbled;

150g (⅔ cup) butter, melted;

200g (⅘ cup) cream cheese, room temp.;

200g (⅘ cup) ricotta cheese;

10 slices mortadella;

Chopped pistachios for serving.

METHOD

Combine crumbled crackers with melted butter. Press mixture into a 20 cm round pan, lined with parchment paper.
Leave in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Whisk cream cheese with ricotta.
Spread cheese mixture on top of the base layer and set aside for 60 minutes more.
Remove pan and parchment paper, top cheesecake with mortadella slices and decorate with chopped pistachios.
