Savory mini cheesecake: delicate and irresistible!

This is so creative! Here's a fun appetizer idea to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS
For the base:
180 g of tarallini with curcuma
80g (0.3 cup) melted butter
300 g of fresh fresco formaggio
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
30ml (2 tbsp) oat milk
 
For the decorations:
Cherry tomato
Black olives
Parsley
Dried salmon
 
METHOD
  1. Chop the tarallini and add the melted butter, mix the ingredients into a fine soft, consistency, then fill 10 muffin baskets and set aside.
  2. Whisk cream cheese with parmesan and oat milk. Apply the cream over a base of tarallini. And leave in the fridge for 1h.
  3. Decorate each mini cheesecake as in the video.
