Mini pancakes: they are just irresistible!

Fluffy and easy to make, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
1 Egg
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
40g (3 tbsp) Sugar
7g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
200ml (1 cup) Warm milk
300g (2 cups) Flour
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
Maple syrup
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl add egg, oil, sugar, and dry yeast. Mix and pour the milk. Add flour and salt. Mix it all well. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag and make mini pancakes in the pan with oil.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook for a while. Flip the pancakes, fry them a little more.
- Serve with berries and maple syrup.
