Cereal pancakes recipe: how to make them in a few minutes!

Cereal Pancakes are mini pancakes served in a bowl as a cereal. These are fun to make and going viral on social media platforms. Here is how to make these.

INGREDIENTS
3 cups flour
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
50g / 0.22 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
Butter
Maple syrup
 
METHOD
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract. Mix.
  2. Pour the dough into a pastry bag. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the pancakes.
