Prawns gratin recipe: how to prepare them in few minutes!

A delicious starter that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
20 large Argentinian prawns;
60ml (¼ cup) olive oil;
15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice;
1 garlic clove, minced;
salt and pepper to taste;
50g (½ cup) parmesan.
 
METHOD
  1. Cut shrimp with scissors along the back and remove the vein with a toothpick.
  2. Make a slit following the line of the back and open the shrimp up.
  3. Whisk olive oil with garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush shrimps with oil and top with parmesan. Pour leftover oil on top.
  5. Bake at 220°C/428°F for 15 minutes.
