Prawns gratin recipe: how to prepare them in few minutes!

A delicious starter that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
20 large Argentinian prawns;
60ml (¼ cup) olive oil;
15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice;
1 garlic clove, minced;
salt and pepper to taste;
50g (½ cup) parmesan.

METHOD
- Cut shrimp with scissors along the back and remove the vein with a toothpick.
- Make a slit following the line of the back and open the shrimp up.
- Whisk olive oil with garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
- Brush shrimps with oil and top with parmesan. Pour leftover oil on top.
- Bake at 220°C/428°F for 15 minutes.
