Mashed potato fritters: how to prepare them in few minutes!

You'll be looking forward to trying this trick! A new way to cook potatoes:
INGREDIENTS
2 boiled potatoes
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
15g (2 tbsp) of cornstarch
120g (1 cup) of breadcrumbs
15g (1 tbsp) of parmesan cheese
1 egg
Oil for frying

15g (1 tbsp) of parmesan cheese

Oil for frying
METHOD
- Smash the boiled potatoes until they are still hot with the fork. Add the parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cornstarch and mix all well together until the dough is created. Make the balls from the potato mixture.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan cheese and parsley to prepare the breadcrumbs mixture.
- Dip each potato ball into the beaten egg and then into the previously prepared breadcrumbs mixture.
- Take each ball and press with the hands into the frying spoon until the shape is created. Turn the frying spoon over and tap it with your hands to make the potato fritter come out.
- Fry in hot-dip oil on both sides until they are golden brown.
