Homemade pistachio cream to spread: super easy and delicious!

Pistachio cream makes an awesome snack! Spread it on a toast, or cracker, or just grab a spoon and dig in!
INGREDIENTS

100ml olive oil
80g sugar
200g condensed milk
170g pistachios
METHOD
1. Microwave the pistachios for 10 minutes or boil them.
2. Let them cool, then mix with condensed milk, sugar and olive oil.
3. Blend and let it rest for 2 hours.
4. Spread over the bread.
