Flower brioche: how to take classic garlic bread to the next level!

• 300g / 2 cups flour

• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 large egg
• 125ml / 4.4oz warm milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp butter

METHOD
- Baking dish: round with a diameter of 23 cm
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll up balls. Divide the first ball into 3 parts and roll the cakes. Grease each cake with butter and sprinkle with parsley. Fold in layers.
- Cut and shape the leaves of the flower as shown in the video.
- Divide the second portion of the dough into 8 parts, and form balls.
- Divide the third portion of the dough into 4 parts, roll out the cakes. Grease each cake with butter. Arrange and roll. Divide into 8 parts and form the leaves of the flower as shown in the video. Let rise. Grease with an egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
