Flower brioche: how to take classic garlic bread to the next level!

INGREDIENTS
• 300g / 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp dry yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 large egg
• 125ml / 4.4oz warm milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp butter
• butter
• parsley
• egg for greasing
• sesame seeds
 
METHOD
  1. Baking dish: round with a diameter of 23 cm
  2. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise.
  3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll up balls. Divide the first ball into 3 parts and roll the cakes. Grease each cake with butter and sprinkle with parsley. Fold in layers.
  4. Cut and shape the leaves of the flower as shown in the video.
  5. Divide the second portion of the dough into 8 parts, and form balls.
  6. Divide the third portion of the dough into 4 parts, roll out the cakes. Grease each cake with butter. Arrange and roll. Divide into 8 parts and form the leaves of the flower as shown in the video. Let rise. Grease with an egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
