Stuffed flower bread: perfect for a great lunch!

A unique recipe with a twist of garlic oil which give a beautiful look and great taste!
INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups flour
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp fine salt
1 tbsp dry yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
1 large egg, beaten
3 tbsp butter, room temperature
For garlic butter
1 cup butter, soft
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup minced green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for garlic oil
To make the dough:
1. Put flour in a bowl, make 3 wells. Add to each well: sugar, salt, yeast. Stir with a wooden spoon.
2. Pour warm milk and beaten egg. Stir.
3. Add soft butter, continue stirring, until well mixed into a sticky dough.
4. Put the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with foil and put in a warm place for about an hour. Sprinkle with flour and begin to fold with your fingertips (do not knead).
5. Spread the flour over your table before putting in the dough. Smooth out the dough by hand. Cut into 16 pieces.
6. Form the dough into balls.
7. Smooth or press the dough with your fingers, pour 1/2 teaspoon of garlic oil. Fold into a crescent, then collect both corners, creating a flower petal.
8. Add dough petals to the greased round baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Let it rise.
9. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 175°C/340°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
