Stuffed bread: a great idea for a quick dinner!

This is the perfect alternative to bread, the whole family will love the result!
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
150ml (2/3 cup) Kefir
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking soda
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (1 tbsp) Sugar
30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
300g (2 cups) Flour
Filling:
700g (25 oz) Potatoes
4g (1 tsp) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
180g (1 cup) Adygean cheese
200g (1 cup) Gauda cheese
Chopped parsley
METHOD
150ml (2/3 cup) Kefir

4g (1 tsp) Salt

30ml (2 tbsp) Oil
300g (2 cups) Flour
Filling:
700g (25 oz) Potatoes
4g (1 tsp) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
180g (1 cup) Adygean cheese
200g (1 cup) Gauda cheese
Chopped parsley
METHOD
- For the dough: In a bowl add kefir, baking soda, salt, sugar and oil. Mix it and add flour. Knead the dough and leave it at room temperature.
- For the filling: Cook the potatoes and add salt and butter. Mash it all together and add cheese, cheese and chopped parsley.
- Divide this mixture into 4 balls.
- Divide the dough into balls. Spread each ball, add the potato mixture and then close it. Spread a little bit and fry in a pan.
- Cover the top of each bread with butter. Serve.
