Egg braids: a great idea for you dinner!

A simple and easy recipe ready in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200 ml (¾ cup+2 tbsp) warm water;
200 ml (¾ cup+2 tbsp) warm milk;
50 ml (¼ cup) olive oil;
15 g (1 tbsp) salt;
7 g (2 tsp) dry yeast;
800 g (6 ⅜ cups) bread flour;
200 g (2 cups) mozzarella;
3 eggs.
METHOD
- Whisk warm water, milk and yeast together. Add olive oil.
- In a separate bowl combine flour and salt.
- Pour liquids into the flour mixture and knead until the dough forms. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough again and cut it in half. Cut one half into 3 pieces and another one into 9.
- Roll out 3 pieces of dough into disks. Roll another 9 pieces into thin ropes and braid them together by 3.
- Wrap each braid around each disk and secure it. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Poke holes in the dough base using a fork.
- Add egg in the middle and sprinkle with cheese on the sides.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 190C/375F for 30 minutes.
