Full of fresh lemon flavor these homemade baked lemon cake donuts are fluffy, moist and easy to make
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 100g flour
• 100g cornstarch
• 100g sugar
• 80g soft butter
• 3 eggs
• zest of 1 lemon
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8g baking powder
• 10g honey
METHOD
- Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder into a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, add sugar
- Add salt, lemon zest, honey and vanilla, beat until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mix well.
- Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture with a spatula.
- Place the mixture in the pastry bag and grease the donuts in the form with melted butter, pour the dough into molds and bake at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes
- Cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
