Fluffy donut: the classic recipe, all the family will love this dessert!

So fluffy and delicious, this recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
300g (1.5 cup) sugar
15g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
100ml (0.45 cup) oil
110g (0.4 cup) yogurt with vanilla
100ml (0.4 cup) milk
15g (1 tbsp) butter
15g (1 tbsp) baking powder
5ml (1 tsp) vinegar
370g (3 cups) flour
For coating donuts:
Apricot jam
Coconut
White chocolate
The diameter of the mold is 22 cm
METHOD
- Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, add vanilla yogurt, a pinch of salt, oil and butter.
- After you have mixed everything finely, add sifted flour and baking powder, combine the mixture again and add vinegar and milk then pour into a mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- After the donut is baked, coat with apricot jam and cover with coconut, sprinkle the donuts with melted white chocolate.
