No-bake cream cake: your family will love this recipe!

This recipe is a show-stopping cake. On a hot summer day, it will melt all resistance to dessert—one cool, creamy slice at a time!
INGREDIENTS

3 egg yolks
1.25l / 5 cups milk
125g/1 cup flour
3 tbsp starch
200g/1 cup sugar
75g butter
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
200ml / 0.85 cup cream
Ladyfingers
Milk
2 tbsp strawberry jam
METHOD
- Mix milk, flour, starch, sugar and egg yolks. Brew cream. Add butter and vanilla sugar, mix. Let it cool.
- Add cream to the cream and beat with a mixer.
- Dip each cookie in milk and put on the bottom of the mold. Put half the cream on the ladyfingers. Put strawberry jam on top of the cream. Cover with a second layer of Savoyards. Put the remaining cream in the form. Cool for 2 hours.
