No-bake cream cake: your family will love this recipe!

This recipe is a show-stopping cake. On a hot summer day, it will melt all resistance to dessert—one cool, creamy slice at a time!

INGREDIENTS
3 egg yolks
1.25l / 5 cups milk
125g/1 cup flour
3 tbsp starch
200g/1 cup sugar
75g butter
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
200ml / 0.85 cup cream
 
Ladyfingers
Milk
2 tbsp strawberry jam
 
METHOD
  1. Mix milk, flour, starch, sugar and egg yolks. Brew cream. Add butter and vanilla sugar, mix. Let it cool.
  2. Add cream to the cream and beat with a mixer.
  3. Dip each cookie in milk and put on the bottom of the mold. Put half the cream on the ladyfingers. Put strawberry jam on top of the cream. Cover with a second layer of Savoyards. Put the remaining cream in the form. Cool for 2 hours.
