Craving a delicious no-bake cake that's ready in minutes?
This recipe is perfect for you. A fresh and irresistible dessert that kids and grown-ups will love. Let's see how to prepare it!
INGREDIENTS
160g butter
300g cookies
The cream:
200g cream
200g cream
125g yogurt
50g icing sugar
200g ricotta cheese
hazelnut cream
METHOD
1. Start by crumbling the cookies. You can do it with your hands or with the help of a blender.
2. Now add the melted butter, we put it in the microwave for 50 seconds.
Mix well. Take your cake pan. We used a 20 cm cake pan lined with parchment paper, that will make it easier to take out when it’s ready.
3. Pour in only three-quarters of the cookies and use a spoon to level the base.
4. Now let them set, both the baking pan and the remaining crumbs that we will need to decorate the cake, in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Let's move on now to the cream. Start by whipping the cream. Then add the yogurt, the icing sugar and finally the ricotta cheese and whisk until you get a smooth and frothy cream.
6. Now take the base and pour the cream onto it.
For a touch of gluttony. Add the hazelnut cream and make a nice even layer.
7. Decorate with the remaining crumbs and place it in the fridge for at least an hour.
