Chocolate filled donut recipe: both grown-ups and kids are gonna love this!

A dream of dessert come true!

INGREDIENTS
100g cottage cheese
2 eggs
250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)
16g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
 
Sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Beat the cottage cheese and eggs with a blender. Add flour, baking powder, knead the dough.
  2. Divide the dough into portions. Put the Hazelnut cream in the middle and shape the donuts.
  3. Deep-fry. Dip in sugar.
