Pistachio fritters: the fried balls you'll fall in love with!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
275 gr flour
50 gr Corn starch (cornstarch)
75 gr sugar
Vanilla extract (a few drops)
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
75 gr Butter
1/2 sachet Baking powder
FOR FRYING
q.s. Seed oil
FOR FILLING AND COVERING
Pistachio cream
Sugar
METHOD
- Combine flour with baking powder, add density, powdered sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla extract and mix the fine dough. Roll out the dough and cut into smaller pieces that you spread, fill with cream and roll into balls.
- Heat oil and bake. Then roll each ball into sugar.
