Chocolate fudge cake: everyone will ask for the recipe!

Here's how to make a moist and irresistible chocolate cake!
INGREDIENTS

120g (0.7 cup) Dark chocolate
70g (0.3 cup) unsalted butter
10g (1 tbsp) Cocoa powder
50ml (0.2 cup) of milk
2 egg yolks
20g (0.1 cup) of sugar
2ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
50g (0.4 cup) cake flour
2 egg whites
40g (0.2 cup) of sugar
60g (0.3 cup) Dark chocolate
40g (0.1 cup) fresh sour cream
Mold dimensions: 15.5 x 7.8 x 6.5 cm
METHOD
- In a medium bath, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter, sift the cocoa powder, mix, add the milk and mix. Add egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract, mix and sift with flour.
- Divide the mixture, put it in a mold, flatten it and bake in the oven at 150 degrees (heat 160 degrees and 20 minutes) for 35 minutes.
- After cooling to room temperature, cool in the refrigerator and remove from the mold.
- Melt the dark chocolate and fresh sour cream in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir and cool slightly to pour over the cake to finish.
