Bread stuffed with potatoes: super tasty and fluffy!

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1 1/5 cups) lukewarm milk
7g dry yeast
500g (4 cups) flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
60ml vegetable oil
2 egg whites
30g (2 tbsp) butter
2 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
30g (2 tbsp) butter
100g shredded cheese
Egg yolk
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and yeast, and add in oil and egg whites. Sift in the flour and add salt, mix in butter. Let it rise for 2 hours.
2. In another bowl mix together boiled potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, and butter.
3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Fill with potatoes and cheese. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Spread with egg yolk. Bake at 190°C (374°F) for 25-30 minutes.
