Homemade bread buns: crunchy and with a irresistible smell!

Here's a simple method to make amazing homemade buns in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

200g (1 cup) semolina;
200ml (4/5 cup) milk;
800g (6 1/5 cups) flour;
450ml (1 4/5 cup) water;
200ml (4/5 cup) milk;
800g (6 1/5 cups) flour;
450ml (1 4/5 cup) water;
8g (2 tsp) salt;
10g (2 tsp) dry yeast.
METHOD
- Pour flour, yeast and milk into a small bowl. Mix and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
- Pour semolina, salt and flour into a mixing bowl. Mix. Add the prepared mixture, pour water and place the dough.
- Leave to grow for 1-2 hours, then put in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- Make 12 balls of dough and then shape them with an apple slicer. Cover them and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake at 400F / 200C for 30 minutes.
