Chocolate zebra bread: moist, delicious, and smells amazing!

ThisZebra Bread loaf is everything you ever wanted in a bread, so moist and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
 600 g (21 oz) flour;
 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar;
 1 tbsp dry yeast;
 2 eggs;
 1 cup warm milk;
 60 g (2 oz) butter, room temperature;
 3 tbsp cocoa powder;
 ½ cup coffee;
 2/3 cup flour.
 
METHOD
 Whisk a pinch of sugar, yeast and warm milk together. Set aside for 10 minutes.
 Meanwhile combine leftover sugar with half of the flour. Add 2 eggs and pour the yeast mixture in.
 Mix the wet dough until combine, then add butter and knead to incorporate it. Sprinkle leftover flour and knead until smooth.
 Cover the dough with plastic and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour.
 Divide the dough into thirds. Leave one third as it is, knead second third with cocoa powder and add coffee and 2/3 cups on flour into the third part of the dough. When all thirds are nice and smooth, cover them with plastic and set aside for 30 minutes more.
 Roll out each piece of the dough and lay over one another. Roll tightly and cut into pieces.
 Take each part of the bred, flatten it with your hands, fold in half and place into a baking tin.
 Leave the bread to proof for 30 minutes and then bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes more.
