Zebra cake: a moist and fluffy dessert to try!

Pour two-colored batters into a pan and make something so special!
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
Salt 1/6 tsp
Sugar 130 g
Oil 50 ml
Milk 70 ml
Flour 150 g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
METHOD
- Divide eggs yolks from eggs whites.Add salt, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla to the egg yolks and mix well. Sift in the flour.
- In another bowl beat egg whites with lemon juice.
- Mix two mixtures very carefully then divide it into two portions and add cocoa powder into one of them.
- Careful add mixture one by one to the prepared pan, and stir with wooden stick lightly. Add water to the bottom pan.
- Bake at 160’C(320’F) 30 min and then for 10 more at 180’C (356’)
