Zebra cake: a moist and fluffy dessert to try!

Pour two-colored batters into a pan and make something so special! 
 
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
Salt 1/6 tsp
Sugar 130 g
Oil 50 ml
Milk 70 ml
Flour 150 g
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
 
METHOD
  1. Divide eggs yolks from eggs whites.Add salt, sugar, oil, milk, vanilla to the egg yolks and mix well. Sift in the flour.
  2. In another bowl beat egg whites with lemon juice.
  3. Mix two mixtures very carefully then divide it into two portions and add cocoa powder into one of them.
  4. Careful add mixture one by one to the prepared pan, and stir with wooden stick lightly. Add water to the bottom pan.
  5. Bake at 160’C(320’F) 30 min and then for 10 more at 180’C (356’)
